Program Director
We are seeking a dynamic camp professional to oversee Summer Camp, Outdoor Education, and Challenge Course programs. Must be at least 25 years of age, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and demonstrate a strong, documented background in outdoor education and organized camping. Ideal candidates have experience in the following focus areas: Environmental Education, Resident or Day Camp, Ropes Course Management, and working with adults and children. Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills are essential. Knowledge of ACA standards is helpful.

Camp Loughridge serves over 1,900 day camp campers and over a 1,000 K-12 students annually in outdoor education.
